Craig Mason joined Penson as Managing Director and CEO of Penson Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd in April of 2009.  With more than 20 years of experience in Australian and Asian markets, Mr. Mason most recently served as Executive Director for UBS Securities Australia, with responsibilities for the development of third-party execution and clearing.  He spent nearly 10 years with Merrill Lynch in management, control and oversight of its Pacific Rim prime brokerage and third-party clearing businesses.  Mr. Mason also established and served as Managing Director of Berndale Securities, Merrill Lynch’s third-party clearing firm.
